Tony McKinley has been specialising in building extensions, and loft conversions in Edinburgh for over 30 years.

Within such time, we have secured a reputation based on our quality of service and our customer focused approach.

 

A professional building company we can provide a full service from design and planning to estimates, coordinate your complete job while supplying all trades. We offer a wealth of experience and knowledge gained through our years in the building industry.

 

We cover a varied range of work from kitchen fitting to complete refurbishments. All aspects of building work are covered. Work is mostly private clients, with many jobs coming from recommendations from previous clients. However, we also handle commercial work, for instance bar refurbishment and civil engineering work, including steel and form work.

 

Upon completion of work we ensure completion certificates are granted.

  • Tony built a major extension for us enlarging our single storey Kitchen and adding an extra floor above it. Alongside this he changed the room layout upstairs adding a lovely bathroom and extra bedroom. Tony was always available to talk about progress and answer any questions we had and managed all the sub-contractors very efficiently.

    The project took 6 months and was completed on time and on budget to a very high standard.

    After the work was completed he was always willing to come round and deal with any minor issues or snags that arose, although there were very few of them.
